Who we are

Pace Capital is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). You can contact us at info@pacecapital.co.za.

What we collect

When you use the valuation tool or email us, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, contact details, and details about your business, including financial information. We do not collect information about you from other sources without telling you.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a valuation indication where you have asked for one, and to continue a conversation you have started with us. We do not use it for marketing and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Who we share it with

Nobody outside Pace Capital, unless you ask us to or the law requires it. Where we use service providers to run this website or our email, they process information on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting discussion, and afterwards only as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. To do so, email info@pacecapital.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting access to those who need it to respond to you.
